(Jess is probably my most favorite food blogger ever, even though I like veggies way more than she does and she bakes waaaaaay more than I do. It’s ok. We both love Trader Joe’s so I think we can happily co-exist in Food Blogger Land — it’s a magical place.)
I didn’t have cilantro, but I had avocados and lettuce and tomatoes and cheese, and it all worked out just fine.
